Bought these instead of melatonin and works so much better!
I was taking 5-15mg of melatonin a night and decided to try these instead. The melatonin was no longer helping. These you take 5 pellets and put under your tongue. Honestly, they take forever to dissolve, so I usually just swallow them. They have no taste and within an hour I am sleepy. Not groggy, but sleepy enough to go to bed. I am so glad I found these!

Amazing for racing thoughts
It works for a calm mind!I'm not sure if this makes me sleepy or drowsy since I already take magnesium and a sleep drop formula for sleep which works fine.but in the past year, I started having racing thoughts in the middle of the night. I just couldn't seem to turn my brain off!I am now able to keep a calm mind and fall back to sleep when I take these.* some believe that you shouldn't take homeopathic remedies within 15-20 minutes of peppermint some disagree, but just to be safe I brush my teeth & then wait 1/2 hour*
