Freedom Bar is my absolute favorite snack bar because they're made with six simple ingredients or less. It's such an easy grab and go snack for me mid-morning or mid-afternoon before I can get to my next meal. The Apple Cinnamon flavor is my favorite! I love that I can see the healthy ingredients right on the front of the label. On days when I'm not running around, I like to use them as a added texture on a chia pudding bowl or other breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

I love this product and is perfect SCD snack. But from last two times the taste of the bars is very bitter. If the amazon people are reading this , please take this feedback seriously as I have been ordering this product from last one year every month , but last two orders taste awful and bitter,.

As a sufferer of colitis, I searched for a snack that would work with my special diet needs. Fortunately, I found these bars. Aside from fitting my health needs, they are also quite tasty. In general, I find health bars to have a mushy texture, not so with the Freedom Bar. They have a great texture and taste. Thank You.

This is my FAVE pre workout or on the go snack. The ingredients are incredibly minimal, basically just dates and nuts. They’re filling enough to keep me energized without weighing me down. This one or the almond raisin is my favorite, I still can’t decide.

Loved it. Was my “ go to” substitute chocolate bar for a snack. Too bad it’s out of stock. I can’t find it anywhere.

Simple date bar with ingredients that are compliant with the Specific Carbohydrate Diet - meaning no added trace ingredients which is a rarity. They taste great too, making them even better.

My sons favorite bar! He used to eat rx bars but they’re too chewy and firm. These are perfect texture and a great flavor! Can’t wait for the new flavors!

The bars only have five ingredients - dates, apples, almonds, pecans and cinnamon and each bar is so delicious and will satisfy any craving. Love these and will definitely be ordering again soon!

I don’t eat sugar so I usually love food that people who eat sugar usually don’t like. What I’m trying to say is that it takes a lot for me not to like food but this bar is actually gross I had a hard time eating one. :(
