Samsung Galaxy S10 128GB - White - Unlocked (Renewed)

Time will tell if this is really a good purchase or not but on the face of it I am very happy indeed.I did some checking into the suppliers that provide refurbished phones and RND Tech were one of two available Amazon approved vendors that seemed to have consistently excellent feedback. Others not so great so I'd be very careful about which company you go with. RND Tech weren't quite the cheapest but reading lots of reviews it appears you can get a very mixed bag quality wise.There are ZERO marks or defects on this phone. I can't even see that it has been used apart from one tiny speck of dirt that wiped off easily. It came boxed with all manuals, Samsung own charger and cable and no damage whatsoever on packaging. The screen and camera lens were completely unmarked (I did a very close inspection).I've not had a chance to test the battery life yet as it is still on its first charge but it seems to be holding up well enough. Given the supplier feedback I'd be very surprised if this was anything other than excellent, and will only update this review if it is sub-par. But then again there's Amazon's guarantee to cover any defects so all in all an as-new Hybrid SIM Galaxy 10 (albeit white wasn't my preferred colour) for only £370 is a fantastic bargain and way better than what is available elsewhere on the internet for the "pristine" quality refurbs. Given I have a free 5GB SIM with my Virgin broadband, I now pay nothing for my mobile and this is a very good one off cost indeed for the phone.I also took out Amazon's mobile insurance as I've had a bad habit of breaking screens, and this is also one of the cheapest, if not the cheapest available.Finally a quick Samsung tip for anyone reading this. I smashed my previous screen so badly the touchscreen completely stopped working. Turns out if you plug a mouse into the USB-C port of the phone (you'll need an adaptor) a mouse pointer pops up on the screen and you can use this to click on anything as if you were touching the screen. This completely saved me from losing all my data as without this I'd not have been able to transfer everything across. Massive kudos to whoever thought of adding that feature in Samsung's design team!!

Came in original box, with sim tool, new fast charge plug and wire. Absolutely pristine condition. Not a scratch, mark or blemish. Phone did arrive locked to a network but resolved via WhatsApp within a couple of hours. 5* service from RND Tech. I wanted a new handset for my son this time. Previous seller didn't have any listed, so went with RND Tech and so glad I did. Photos from second order.-----------First order from amazon refurbished. Reading the description of the service I expected some wear and tear.Was pleasantly suprised. Phone was delivered a day early, in plain box but well packaged. Included S10 handset, generic USB C fast charge lead and genuine Samsung fast charge plug. Seller povided two sim slot keys.Phone condition was excellent. Not a mark on the handset. No scratches or blemishes.You wouldn't know it was refurbished. Performs like a new phone. Battery lasts a full day. Cameras work well with no scratches or defects.Phone purchased from Pod-G-Penguin U.K. Would definitely use them again. 5* seller with the added bonus of a 24 month warranty.

Good value for money .. only problem is the battery doesn't last very long .. Its now awful but could be better .. other than that good size and good performance.. would recommend if u don't mind the short battery life

Brilliant phone and received in immaculate condition. Not a mark on it. The package was a let down. Just dropped in a oversized box with very little bubble wrap. It's a wonder it did get damaged in transit.The phone itself is great, though battery life isn't brilliant. But this was the case when the S10 first came out and gives me no reason to think that the phone battery is fallingThe s10 is fast enough for me. Screen lovely and clear with bright colours. The finger print sensor works every time.If you're after a quality flagship phone, all be it a couple of generations old (though technically you wouldn't think so) and you don't mind changing it once a day, then I can highly recommend the Samsung S10.

I needed this to replace my wife's phone. OK my fault i should have examined more carefully but typical IT person - did it work? The actual phone is fine, it was only after I'd migrated all the data from the old phone, all the sms messages, photos, videos, whatsapp and apps and given the phone to my wife thta she saw the crack on the back. I then noticed the marks on the screen - I just assumed this would be dirt/grease or similar but to my surprise I couldn't remove them. ( not noticable when phone is use ). I contacted the seller pointing out the crack and asking for a voucher/refund to cover buying a cover. As I'd never had cause to complain on Amazon previously I thought the response would appear in my email ( as my message had appeared in my email ) However, not the case, my bad. So a slight delay. The only response I had was to retrun the phone for a replacement ( approx 3 days - but no guarantee of a green replacement ) Not an option as I had no way to properly back up the phone and my wife wasn't happy of being without a phone for around 3 days or so. Previously bought "as new" items / amazon warehouse and never had an issue. No real interaction with seller.

Didn't want to spend a fortune on a brand new phone do decided to go for prowled. Wasn't sure what to expect but the phone was in perfect condition and was a good as brand new. Had to get a smaller sim card from my phone company as the old one was too big but that arrived very quickly and I have been very impressed and satisfied with the purchase.

Esteticamente perfetto ma ho notato che rispetto ad altri Samsung che ho avuto ( più datati) questo ha una scarsa ricezione del segnale!
