SAFETY DEPOT MP40-RB PROFESSIONAL MESH ROYAL BLUE VEST (4XL)

I work in the construction industry, and have to wear high visibility vests all the time. My company provided a few to me that were the cheap velcro ones.I've wanted a nicer vest for awhile, but didn't want to spend $30 of my own money on a vest. This one was the prefect compromise. Its relatively inexpensive, the pockets are very handy while working, and the overall construction and zipper on the vest feel very sturdy and durable. The breathable mesh make the vest more pleasant to wear when its hot. I liked the color options as well. My company color is Blue, and so I ordered a blue vest, and thus can be more easily recognized while I'm on site which is a big plus for me.Overall, I think this is a great pocketed high visibility vest for the money.For me, the sizing was a bit large. I'm on the border between L and XL T-shirts, and this Large vest fits me really well. Plenty of room for an extra layer of clothing and not tight at all.

I'm a big guy with a beer gut. I needed a vest that wasn't a sausage casing on me. Wearing a 2xl, i was a sneeze away from blowing the zipper open. This 3xl is actually rather loose on me. Good to go if your bulking up in the off-season.

Based on the description the chest measurement was 42” for a small. However when received today, the package said 34-36” for a small. I now have to return for a medium. Please update the sizing chart with correct information. It also runs short, hits me at my hips and i am only 5’2”.

This vest is one awesome vest. It has 6 pockets on it. The 2 upper pockets can be used to hold pencils, Cell phones or in my case a small radio. The 2 lower outside pockets as well as the 2 pockets inside the vest are large enough to hold a sandwich in each pocket. So if you get hungry on the job, there you are. Instant portable lunch kit. LOL. Seriously though, this vest will do you right if your in need of being seen. Great for law enforcement, firefighters or construction workers. I don't think you'll be disappointed. As a reserve lawman, it comes in use at traffic accidents day or night.

i work in a warehouse environment where i have to wear visible safety vests. i have a few i different colors/styles & this brand is my fave. it is very sturdy compared to others that are similar price. the material even tho it is a mesh, is more like a high quality athletic jersey. great pockets & an internal pocket also. have washed several times already & it's holding up very well. definitely recommend. & u can get in a large variety of colors & it is very visible even in a well-lit warehouse.

It runs a little large and if you have heavy stuff in your pockets it tends to slouch forword and ride up in the back. Comfortable otherwise. Made well, sturdy zipper & pockets, good hi vis.Update 2020:I find these the best vest out there. Nothing falls out of my pockets, 1 inside pocket both sides, 4 outside, all with 1 velcro enclosure that is in the center, not 2 on the sides where they always seem to sit out of place & scratch at you while operating an excavator.No radio loops though, if you require that, which I thankfully don't, nothing good ever comes over the radio anyways.They last me a season each. I wash & dry them once a week, nothing fancy, but they fade towards the end of the season, which I dont really care about, but the reflective tape starts to come off in flaps. Looks tacky so I'll just get a new one every year. Inexpensive enough to be very worthwhile, comfortable & I like operating without a company name across my back, I am not beholden to them...

I use this for riding my Harley. Not a t-shirt kind of rider, I want all the visibility I can get. I didn't realize it, but I really like the multiple pockets. I keep ear plugs in one, tire gauge in one, and park passes in another. Very handy. The zipper front is a must when riding down the road at 60 mph. The Velcro one I recently had kept comic open.

The white color is great for sunny hot work. I love the mesh. It has more mesh than some vests, great for airflow. I love the zipper. I love my new (white) vest. Everyone at work is so jealous. They love the new (white) vest too.
