Microphone problem...
It's a nice phone but neither the messenger or Skype video apps work properly. I can hear the other person but they can't hear me. I believe the microphone is stuck in headphone mode. I ordered a second phone which had exactly the same problem. It works fine so long as headphones are plugged in. I tried cleaning the headphone jack but to no avail...

Is this real?
Seemed like a knock off version not the real thing upon further inspection from my boyfriend. Edited on Mar. 13, 2020. The device has a pre-intalled DEFAULT app called device help that appears as a legit AT&T product that has a virus. DO NOT BUY! It has been awful!

Great phone !
I don't know if it has fingerprint security but it's a nice phone and after paying 600.-800. $ per phone this 60.$ is a jewel. I went with a no contract provider :puretalkusa I get a wonderful signal and I was with the world's #1 provider and couldn't talk on my cell I had no signal. This phone is great!

Not a GSM Unlocked phone... Must have service with AT&T for 60 days
Pay about $90 and have to pay $60 more to have unlocked which is not advertised - it was advertised as GSM Unlocked. Don't ORDER IT

Waste of money and time
Phone was not unlocked. I haven’t been able to use it since I received it. I was told I had to go to AT&T to unlock it. They denied the request. I would need to set up service for this phone under AT&T for at least 6 months and then request them to unlock it. It was a waste of money and time.

Can't use it on AT&T
Tried to set it up on AT&T's site, but got a message that the IMEI is not found, so I can't use it. Wasted money.

Bought a brand new and received a used one
This is what I received for a "new" phone. As you can see on the image, this is an used phone.

Great phone
LG works better than the more expensive droid we previously owned.
