It is a good fit, its same as original. One of the bottom rails did not have proper screw thread so I had to use a zip tie through the hole to mount it properly. Dont know if that is on all of them or just bad luck with my one. After replacement everything is working fine. All in all good product.

The item arrived very quickly and well packaged. It looked like a great quality product at first glance but during installation it became apparent that it was not. The orange alignment teeth were very shallow and not well defined (original shown in photo) making alignment not accurate. Then the threaded frame securing bolt hole was only partially threaded leaving a whole side of the hole without threads meaning I couldn’t screw it into place as intended but had to use a bold and nut through it.I’m not sure if it will stand the rest of time (17 years of original).I had purchased a replacement for the drivers door a year ago and it was a perfect replacement, this one sadly is not.

It's a good replacement but one screw hole is smaller but I found one to use so all was good

Managed to get the regulator fitted to the window frame. When I tried to fit it in the door I found the fixing circled red was a bigger thread than the original and different to the other fixing. The hole in the door wasn’t big enough and I had to buy a bigger fixing and file the hole out. Recommend checking the screw size before you fit it to the door.Seems to be working ok otherwise.

Brilliant replacement, fitted perfectly without any problems. YouTube offers a great description on how to fit it from removal of door card and upper window frame. Without question I would highly recommend this regulator as opposed to the repair kit. The cost of which and the comments from those that have bought and had difficulties in fitting the repair kit as opposed to this regulator makes this the best ideal all round purchase. Took me an hour and thirty minutes to fit from start to finish. Great buy and delivery was super fast..... Thanks Amazon.

Fitted In my b7 Rs4 and been in use for about a month now, works exactly the same as original, which is all you can ask for. Fitting was an ever so slightly tight fit but easy enough with two people. I’d suggest greasing up the pulleys before fitting to ensure longevity. A great saving over OE prices, just be gentle fitting it up.

Ideal replacement for mine, works perfectly and was easy to install, there's a great YouTube video to see how to fit it.
