I purchased this because I get extremely itchy legs the next day after shaving to a point of were it looks like I have nettle stings all over my legs and the itch is enough to drive me insane. My friend has sever eczema and told me this is the only product that has worked for her.It did stop the itching but it replaced the itch by burning through my soul! (I’m being over dramatic) It felt like I’d covered myself in vapour rub and I felt cold. I do use it when I’m really itchy at night but I don’t think it’s what I was hoping for. I was hoping for something that would prevent the itch by applying after shaving rather than cure it once I have began to itch. Its not practical to apply it if you’re out and about.

If you have any irritant skin condition it really cools it all down

Got this for my husband he is suffering at the moment with painful swollen legs and varicose veins, he finds this derma cool cream very soothing and helpful to reduce the pain and the menthol cools the burning feeling of the veins, so he is using it two to three times and day and is pleased with the overall effect

I have occasional flares of urticaria and Dermacool is such a comfort. It kills the itch and helps to prevent the " itch-scratch" cycle.

Excellent product for any itchy skin that does not have open wounds as it will sting if you do. Will not be a cure but certainly calms the skin done .

I have food intolerances & when I'm naughty & eat something I shouldn't often itch like something is crawling under my skin. This cream is a fantastic. Cools down the area and alleviates the itching in no time. Well worth the money.
