Performs better than expected
The JobMax multi-tool has the power of a corded tool, weighs about the same with the battery in, and the battery (not included) life is very good. It works well with my Rigid cordless set, but I am thinking to buy more batteries because I end up changing them between 3 or 4 tools so often. The 2 batteries have haven't both died before the other 1 could re- charge, but the need to change tools with batteries that last so long isn't fun. I look forward to adding JobMax tool heads, like the mini- sawzall and the right angle nail driver.

WARNING!!! If your looking for Ridgid's Lifetime Warranty don't purchase their product online... They do not honor the warranty other than a 3 year.I just found out the hard way as I just tried to register my products.

Nice feel, sturdy feel, and over heats... 😒
I just bought this recently and thought I would give did a review. Are use the multi tool pretty heavily... I have noticed that with heavy use it overheats quite easily then requires me to let it cool down before using it again. I may have chosen a different brand knowing how easily it overheats. Otherwise it's a pretty sturdy tool.

Only one flaw
I Love this tool. I wish the reciprocating saw head was orbiting, and I Really wish there was storage for the Allen wrench (this is shocking that there is no storage - I would Really appreciate some feedback how to secure it. I would give it five stars if there was tool storage).If you have he 18v ridgid Set, this is a no brained. Buy it.
