Started taking this mid 2022 after a recommendation from a lady who was managing her kidney health (needs to be very careful of UTIs following kidney cancer). I take a heaped teaspoon as soon as I feel symptoms of cystitis coming on and it stops it in its tracks. I’ve suffered since I was a child (in my 50s now) and apart from taking a teaspoon of bicarbonate soda or sometimes a lemsip (which wouldn’t always work) it’s the only solution that has worked for me consistently. It’s such a relief that I’ve found this as I can now see an easy management of my cystitis ongoing. If not addressed cystitis can quickly progress to UTI and kidney infection for me so this greatly reduces my risk of needing antibiotics. I’ve not had a UTI since I started taking this and whilst other lifestyle changes may be helping me avoid UTIs, I can confirm that it definitely stops cystitis in its tracks and would happily recommend to anyone who has suffered lifelong like me. I’ve only tried powder form as that was the recommendation to me.

Bought Bladapuern many times from Holland and Barrett. On this occasion decided to use the benefit of prime account and ordered it through Amazon. Unfortunately, the colour of powder is much more pink than any other that I’ve seen before... seems like something isn’t right with it... Will stick to trustable source and not order again.
