Somehow, one ear pad came off the headset and was lost. These replacements were an excellent solution to replace them both and have a brand new ear pads. The one that was left needed replacing anyway!

These earcups look and feel great! Perfect fit for A20 headset and easy to install!

Item doesn’t use memory foam, so ambient noise isn’t well suppressed.I bought alternative ones and they work well.

These ear pads are a great replacement for the original parts on the Bose A20 headset. My headset is five years old and I still had the original ear pads. After replacing them, I realized that I should have replaced them years ago. I was able to install these in less than five minutes and the padding and fit are great. I didn’t realize how worn my old pads were and how much additionally pressure they were placing on the sides of my head. I did not use the flat pads, as they do not seem to fit the A20 and were unnecessary.

No instructions, pictures, etc. Just follow intuition.

Plus: Good price, good fit once installed.Negative: not an exact replica of the Bose earpad for the A20 aviation headset. Not as thick. Less padding than original. The sealing/attachment mechanism is also more flimsy than the original Bose pads, which made it slightly more difficult to install. But, once its installed, its stable and firm.
