Great price for these long quilting pins
I use these for pinning fabric to my sewing mannequin and they do exactly what I want them to do. Great price for the amount yo buy.will buy again

Oddly uneven quality
I bought these for quilting, but several in the box were so dull the wouldn't go through the fabric. The ones that worked were fine, but I was surprised at how many had no point on the pin. Of the ones I've used so far roughly 1/5-1/4 were too dull to use.

not what i imagined, but they were free
I thought these were glass head, theyre not. When i asked about returning them, they gave me a refund. I haven't been using them yet, but they seem like decent enough pins.

Great for Quilting Projects. Not heavy upholstery projects.
What I liked: the length. What I disliked: too thin. However, I did not consider they are used for quilting. I needed a sturdier pin for my upholstery project. They worked with helping keep my zipper in place while attaching it to a cushion pocket I constructed for my ottoman.. BE VERY CAREFUL they have sharp ends.

Dritz Quilter's Pins, 1-3/4-Inch
I guess this falls into the "they don't make 'em like they used to" category of products that have been around forever but just aren't the same as in decades past. I got this set of pins, trusting the brand and the product based on previous experience with them. I had been using the same set of Dritz quilting pins for 20 years but had reached the point where I simply needed more. Compared to my old Dritz pins, these are frail and too easy to bend. When shoving them through several layers of fabric, sturdy pins are a must. In 3 days I've already lost the ball on one pin - something I had previously experienced only a few times in 20 years. I just don't trust these pins to hold up like they once did. I have been sewing and quilting for 28 years and pins are required at every step of the creation process. No seamstress should have to worry about whether or not her pins will do their work. I do like the long length and large heads on these pins - I'll never go back to little sewing pins again - but the quality is questionable.

Very thin and bend easily. Also
I accidently ordered 2 packages and I wasn't able to cancel it in time. I decided it wasn't worth sending one back but having gone ahead and used some, I'm sorry I didn't send both back. Very thin and bend easily. Also, the heads are very small and could easily be lost in the fabric. UPDATE: And they rust. They're stored in a pin cushion. I don't understand why they would rust
