Im drinking 15-20 drops daily before breakfast - mixed with yogurt, water etc, but you should read this book , before you will start Iodine therapy. You will need with this lugols Iodine , increase in you diet himalayan or sea salt and vit C /sodium ascorbate, to help removing toxins/metals.
