Mazama Kapka Insulated Hydration Backpack with 3 Liter BPA Free and Taste Free USA Made Film Axe Bladder (Black)

I have just received the Mazama kapka hydration and the materials that feel premium to the touch and seems very sturdy. The storage can easily fit a hoodie along with other items such as snacks and tools. It has a 3l bladder that also feels premium and where the top of the bladder opens is lined with very hard,durable plastic. The magnet that holds the water hose is pretty strong and can withstand casual walks but probably not intense runs. I really recommend it for those who are looking for a spacious, durable, and affordable pack.

The closure for the bladder failed the very first time I used it. I filled it with water, pressed the top together, turned the lock and broke both ears right off of the locking mechanism. Far too fragile to be used on what I consider to be safety equipment.

The backpack is nice, but, as other reviewers have mentioned, the bladder is very poorly designed. The second time I filled it, I very carefully attempted to close it, and both locking mechanisms had both tiny ears of plastic break off, rendering the bladder useless. I'm hoping the seller will replace it, ideally with something less fragile, but I can't figure out how to contact the seller on Amazon.

I like this product coz can last last 5 hours plus cool ..the design & good material.

The backpack its self is great, the bladder it comes with is poorly made and breaks easily.

These guys are great. Awesome customer service. Called up with a question and spoke with the products designer. Issue addressed, and the solution arrived in two days with zero cost to me. Sure wish other companies were are responsive as this one is.Now for the water pack itself, you can’t go wrong with this one. Lots of pockets, highly adjustable straps and lots of room too. Oh, and it hold 3 Liters too.

I work as a mountain bike coach and have gone through plenty of different hydration packs. This hydration pack is by far the best out of all the other ones that I have used. You can see and feel the quality right when you pull it out of the box. Also the durability of this pack amazes me considering I use it everyday for work. All the zipper pockets make it really nice to put your phone, keys, snacks, etc... Love this pack

I love this for mountain biking, especially in the summer since it is insulated. It does a great job keeping drinks and food to a degree cool for longer rides. The bladder is the best I have used between the way it opens at the top to the reinforced spine to help guide the hose. The strong magnet is a great added bonus!
