Great subject matter. Falklands conflict is a historical event I research and build models of frequently. Nice easy to build kit. Good decals. Well written and illustrated instructions.

This kit has great detail in the molded parts but needs some assembly fitting. Also, there are many small parts to fit with minimal instructions. The final result is a great accurate , detailed A-4 Sky hawk. The A-4 was not a fighter jet, it could not break the sound barrier. It's main job was to support Marine 's in ground combat and saved many Marines life's. I had the honor to work on this aircraft when I was in the Marine Corps in the 1960's. Again, this model takes a little work : however, the results are great.

Airfix has very good plastic molding very little flashing if any. Details very good. Great instruction but skill level should be higher could be a challenge for first timer modeler need to check out YouTube for insight for build . Model shipped super fast. Ordered on Amazon got model in 48 hours!

Bought for my father who used to fix them many years ago for the Navy. He loved it.

positives:- availability, price, moderate difficulty, nice plastic quality, nice clear window, nice decals, nice details, ability to assemble with wheel up in flying mode, pilot included, US Navy decals in addition to another country set (i forgot which one)negatives- part missing, no fittings on wing for the fuel tank and bombs, engine exhaust too simple, some steps in instructions missing.

As other Air Fix model kits, is beautiful and exceed all my expectations. The level of detail is great and came with 2 different decals set to choice. I really enjoyed this assembly process!

Es una buena maqueta, con buenos detalles pero con ciertos problemas en el armado de ciertas piezas que no encajan o estan desproporcionadas en tamaño, teniendo que limarlas. Ademas las calcomanias no son para nada faciles de utilizar (como si lo son las de revell) y su precio es alto para ser una escala 1:72.Sin embargo, eso no quita que sea una bonita maqueta y que con algo de paciencia se pueda lograr un buen resultado.Eso si, me gusta mucho que la te deje elegir entre 2 tipos de calcomanias.
