Hu Gluten Free Crackers | Variety 3 Pack | Paleo & Vegan, Grain Free, Low Carb, No Added Oils, No Refined Starches

I have bought these multiple times in the past. They are available locally in my city too. They are crispy and just the right amount of thickness whether you are eating them plain, or with dip etc. I like the varieties too. I have tasted a lot similar crackers and these are my favorite!! Please don’t discontinue! I do wish they were a little less expensive and similar price as the stores.

Taste tested these with my whole family and everyone agreed that these were absolutely incredible! My personal favorite is the Everything flavor, but each person in my family had a different favorite. The Pizza flavor also surprised me because the flavor tastes SO similar to pizza, yet it doesn't have that fake taste or weird powder residue that so many flavored crackers have.The crackers are pretty thin, so it's definitely a little different than your average cracker. However, there are absolutely no hidden or processed ingredients which is so hard to find in crackers. They are perfect to enjoy by themselves, with hummus, or even crumbled on top of a salad. Overall, Hu did a great job of making these crackers taste amazing!

10.13.20 Updating my review from several months ago. I wasn’t too impressed the first time I ordered the variety pack but I love the flavor so much I wanna head and ordered them again just in the sea salt. Receive my two boxes a few weeks ago and just now opening them. And to my surprise they are bigger. Yes! Hope this is not a fluke or a mistake because now they’re actually a chips size that you could dip into her then dip and not get dip on your fingers! Would also be appropriate now to eat along size some meat or cheeses on a plate. Again I hope this is the company listening to feedback and making the permanent change to keep the crackers the size because I will order them again definitely not just because I love the taste and the “snap” I get when crunching but now because of the size change and I would actually call them a “cracker” now.(This was review from several months before the new size came out)Thought I would try these crackers instead of the primal kitchen crackers I normally buy from Julian‘s bakery. I wish I had stuck with what I was used to I liked these TINY “CRACKERS” but only for a THIN DIP and they are way too small to be called a cracker. These are smaller than Cheez-Its paperthin reminds me of a Pringle. Doesnt hold up dipping chicken salad or pimento cheese or something like that is on my keto diet and certainly is not a meat cheese and cracker plate kind of “cracker”. These little wafers are nice but definitely not what I was expecting and most of the package we’re nothing but crumbles! All three boxes had no protection or bubble wrap and it look like somebody stepped on him box is completely squished in/caved in so that explains the pieces.I will possibly buy these again but it’s not gonna be a substitute for Julian’s bakery crackers for a meat and cheese snack plate

I tried the 3-pack variety of these cardboard wafers. I didn't realize that when they say "Get back to Human" - they are talking about actual back-skin from humans??? Well - at least that's pretty much what they tasted like. And not sure how they decided that they had a "Pizza" flavor to offer. It clearly must have been a complete mystery as to what the taste was that they had created in their back-skin lab - but since there are a myriad of flavors available throughout all of time that simply have the "pizza" moniker slapped on it, and since what can actually be labeled as "pizza" is such a nebulous preference - well....? Someone clever probably got Employee of the Month for that?? Anyway, the surprisingly best flavor of the bunch was titled, "Everything". Of course the reason it is the best, is because it actually tastes like Nothing!! It had pretty much zero flavor. Very weird. Maybe that is their joke?? Well, I guess the joke was on me - and I'm out a few coins.....

I'm doing keto diet and really needed a crunchy snack option. These fit the bill. The pizza are great as is. The everything flavor is perfect with cheese or tuna. I give 3 stars because the sea salt tastes like cardboard to me. The crackers overall are satisfying if you miss crunchy snacks, but they are pricey and small. I am buying the Everything flavor again.

I could eat a box of these in one sitting. I like the texture and flavor, and they go well with whatever dip I have on hand - most likely hummus, since I'm lactose intolerant. Sometimes I top them with crisp bacon and some kind of vegetable like cucumber slices. As I said, though, I think they're great straight out of the box. These are such a treat for me, since wheat gives me heartburn, and most grains are simple carbs that quickly elevate my blood sure. I always have several boxes on hand. The everything flavor is the best in my opinion.

I have ordered these crackers several times. I don't eat keto or paleo all the time but maintain a pretty low carb lifestyle for health reasons. It is difficult to find low carb "carbs" that taste good and that are a good value. People have remarked about price and the price per box seems a bit high on the surface, but you get a lot of crackers, they are very healthy with excellent quality ingredients and they taste good. Pizza is my favorite. I really like them with a lactose free cheese like cheddar or with artichoke spread. They are also quite filling. Will buy again!

So glad to have found crackers that are so high quality!Gluten Free, Dairy & Soy Free, No Vegetable/Sunflower oil + No Gums or Lecithins! REJOICE.(Seriously- even "healthy" brands usually have one if not multiple of those listed above- it's so nice to not have to compromise!)I'd say so far the Everything flavor is my favorite- But I'd recommend getting the variety pack to try because flavor preference is so personal.These will are definitely being adding to my pantry staples (along with their chocolate- OH MY GOOOOD)Hu does it again!+ I'm happy to see they are starting to be sold at Whole Foods too! :)
