I’ve been taking this supplement for 3 months and can see a difference. My nails are stronger and my joints are not as achy. My skin also has more of a healthy natural glow. The powder dissolves quickly in my morning coffee so it’s easy to take. Will continue to use on a daily basis.

Love this product. Mixes easily, I drink a scoop in my coffee every morning. I have tried others and thought they had a horrible after taste. This one doesn’t. Have taken for 8 months now, my hair is growing and thicker.

I liked Alaya. It was on special so I decided to try it. It dissolved well, was tasteless and seemed to be helping. I loved the variety of collagen sources - marine, poultry, meats etc. and the variety of collagens it provides.However the total grams of collagen is very low and it costs 30-40% more than others that give you 20g of collagen, that also work well. I take 1 star off for that. My favorites are Vital Proteins and Sports Research, I also discovered them on AMZ. They work great and help muscle recovery after workouts and my skin looks great too.

Update - Me and my husband having been using this product for 3 months now . Wow what difference in our joints, skin hair, and nails . Highly Recommend it.

I've been using this for over a year. I got it because it was unflavored to put in my morning coffee. My nails are stronger than ever.I want give higher review but my recent reorder is by no means unflavored! Maybe its just this container but it makes my coffee taste weird and not good. I'm hoping its just a fluke and they have not changed the formula. I have a 2nd jar and if it tastes the same, I'll be looking for an alternative.

I’ve been using this product for 8 months now, and can tell you my skin is clear with no breakouts and my hair is finally growing again! I would usually get my nails done because of how thin they are, but now I’ve noticed they are getting so much stronger.I use one scoop in my coffee each morning and that’s it! Easy!So worth it! ❤️
