Worked great for wooden screen door
The 80 lb magnet works very well for keeping a recently installed wooden screen door closed. Hubby did not have to drill holes, etc. for a door knob and latch. The long spring pulled the door closed far enough for the magnet to catch and hold. We are very please with this sturdy product.

Strong latch
I used these on shutters who latches were made of plastic and deteriorated in UV light over time. I had trouble finding new latches strong enough to hold the shutters closed. These did the trick.

Heavy Duty!
Bought this for a heavy attic access panel. VERY satisfied with this product. From the packaging to the manufacturing to its sheer gusto, this is a winner. After trying many different clamps and other magnetic catches that weren't nearly as strong, I'm finally content with the amount of catch force that our access panel has. I highly recommend it!

Very well made
This was a bit tricky (for me) to install but, once dialed in it looks great and really does the job.

Very strong and well made!
I made a barn door (for closet) out of pine wood and a cabinet catch would not hold it closed so I bought this and it works great!

Worked perfectly for what I wanted
I built a Murphy style door that doubled as a bookshelf. Needed a reasonably strong magnet to hold the door in place. It had to be stronger than the usual cabinet magnet. This does the job (see pictures). Strong enough to hold the door in place but not too strong where its hard to open the door.

Solved My Problem Exactly as I had Hoped!
Used this on a steel door that would blow open during heavy winter storms instantly cooling our entire office and even allowing snow to be blown in.I installed this on the top of the door frame and the catch plate on the door. Being a metal door frame I had to use different screws than what came with the kit as those broke off in the frame when trying to install. But other than that it is able to perfectly catch the door and hold it tight against the seals preventing it from being blown open by the wtorm.

Photo is misleading
Good strong magnet but do not go by the photo in the listing. You only get one magnet not the four shown. Kind of pricey for just one.
