Very nice nap mat!
I got this for my 2 year old to use at his preschool. It is BIG. But I wanted him to be comfortable, so I'm glad it's big! I do feel a little silly carrying such a large mat when I take it home to wash it, while the other kids all have little bedrolls... but I think the other moms are just jealous that my kid has such a comfy mat ;)In all seriousness, it is comfy for my boy, and he's pretty big for his age. I was afraid he would outgrow the smaller one by the time he goes to kindergarten. And all the other brands of mats seemed too thin. But other brands had cute designs and blankies. So I made a cover for it, with a blanket attached, which may also account for the largeness of it while folded up. It is super cushy, and the plastic is very sturdy/tough. It seems like it will last a long time. We have been using it since November 2014 and it has held up great!

Large, durable, comfortable sleep mat
After looking at many sleep mats we chose this one for our 2 year old to use for daytime naps at childcare. I wanted something nice and thick and this is perfect. It is also easy to clean, has different coloured sides (so you can tell top from bottom if you wish) and is the right size for a fitted cot sheet (very convenient). It folds up to take less room but this is also the only downside - there are gaps at the folds. This is true of all folding mats and it isn't too bad, but I only put up with it because I need it to fold. It is big enough that he won't need to nap by the time he grows out of it. I highly recommend this mat.

If You're Nappy and You Know It....
These are great. I've actually ordered 3 during my tenure of mom to preschoolers required to have nap mats. They are very sturdy and hold up well. They are also generous in size. Both of my children are mutants - much taller than their school-mates. These have been long enough for them with room to spare. The padding is also very nice. Compared to the other mats I see at school, this is like sending your kid to school with a Sleep Number mattress while everyone else is on a bed of straw. Great product. Great quality.

I love how big and thick it is
We bought this for our preschooler to use at school. I love how big and thick it is. I feel like there is enough padding that my son doesn't feel like he is laying directly on the floor and it's big enough that if he moves around he is not laying half on the floor. The size of the gaps between the pads worried me but my son assures me that it is very comfortable. He enjoys nap time at school and often falls asleep which tells me that it must be pretty comfortable. He has been using it for a little over 3 weeks. I haven't seen the mat since taking it to school but my sons tells me that it's still in great condition and I haven't received any reports from the teacher that there are any problems with it. I feel like the extra money is well worth it for the extra padding of this mat. I definitely recommend this mat for your little one for school or day care.

Nice and Thick
I had to buy this to go under a Wilkinson mat I bought that was too thin. This definitely helps her rise off the ground and gives her comfort. The vinyl is a strong smell but once you air it out, it's not that bad. But overall, it's what I expected and wanted: a THICK mat for my baby girl.

As expected
Nice mat, very good size. Gaps appear large when looking at it but not when laying down.

Nicely made and very comfy nap mat!
My 4 year old granddaughter loves this mat. We purchased it for her nap time in her K3 program for when she returned after Christmas break. The original one she had was the standard red/blue very thin nap mat originally purchased during back to school at Walmart. When she went back to school with her new mat she came home that day and the first thing she said when she walked in the door was Nana I love my new nap mat it’s so comfy.

Eased some of my guilt by buying a nicer nap mat
I went to Tarjay at the beginning of last school year to buy nap mats, and they were sad, thin little things. I already felt guilty enough about enrolling the kids in daycare, and the fact that they'd have to sleep on an uncomfortable mat was making me feel even worse. So I bought two of these instead (well, three actually, since the daycare "misplaced" one of them--no idea how, it's huge). And I've had no complaints from the kids about them. I've noticed they don't fit into the little vertical mat cubbies, which the summer program they attended this year used, so our kids' mats were always stacked on top of the cabinet. But at their regular school (they're now in Pre-K), the teachers use horizontal shelves with more space (i.e., bookcases) to hold the mats, and they fit just fine. I use old crib sheets I held onto as a cover for them, and they fit just fine. They also hold the mat together, as it were, so the gaps in between the sections are a non-issue.
