It is a good item. I put it in my coffee. Just about every day.

Great value. We have been healthy all season while everyone else has been sick. Easily adds to the morning coffee and does not have a strong taste so it mixes well without altering the taste.

I’ve been using this for years now. I never get sick and it’s not just because of this alone, I have a very healthy diet, I exercise. I use the sauna several times a week for 20 to 30 minutes, etc. but I would be willing to submit that using this Every day has an impact on keeping me healthy, and well, Mental clarity, memory etc is heightened from the lions mane and it’s just great stuff. I really believe in Stamets work, his fungi grown, reputation and intent. It is also clearly processed well, not overheated so it tastes less burned than some other formulations we've purchased elsewhere.Howevet, I can't give this 5 stars. Because it is "formulated with myceliated brown rice". That means it is diluted. I taste and feel in my mouth the presence of significant rice content in this formulation and another purchased at the same time.Dilution is a big part why this formulation is "more palatable" and "bland tasting".I much prefer full strength ingredients and directions to just use less.
