I take care of a senior female with incontinence. A friend told me about these incontinence diapers and since I purchased them, I have thrown out all the other brands I bought. These are the best on the market. They have a gel inside that holds urine so that the user does not sit in a wet diaper and get a rash or uti. They hold well through the night. The elastic around the edges seals well so there is no leakage. I have to change her less often and they do not tear apart when I pull them up. The stretch is good and size is true. These are a little pricey but they are designed better than any others on the market (that I have found), so for the cost, I feel they are well worth it.

Absolutely contain. Everything else I've tried fell short, leaks necessitated washing the safety pad underneath. Has never leaked past. 105 lb, 5 foot tall, 70 yr old woman with OAB. I sleep like the dead, so I need something this good. The seni active super plus is better than just the seni 'active', and MUCH better than any of the 'over the counter' known brands I have tried. Small fits me fine, very comfortable.

We think these have the best combination of absorbency and comfort in pull up adult underwear for our needs. The person who uses them still has just enough independence to put on her own underwear, so even though she has a high degree of incontinence, we chose these to give her some small measure of control over her self care.

We stares using these diapers for my grandmother, and now she does not leak into the bed anymore. When we used the popular brands, the price was a lot more expensive and they did not work as well. The fit is perfect and allows bodily movement with leaking.
