Flavorful!!!
Great price on Amazon! Best green curry paste IMHO. I make a Thai green curry from Cookie and Kate blog. Google it. You won’t be disappointed. On constant rotation (with added roasted tofu) in my home. Tip: use a lil extra paste in the recipe. 😋

Best Thai paste
I've tried a lot of the Green Curry pastes and this one just has the most "even" flavor when I mix it into things. I like other ones, but I tend to always have this one handy. Tastes great mixed in with Ramen Noodles (Creamy Chicken for best result).

When you need it, here it is
I was making a recipe that called for green curry paste. So I ordered this one and I'm delighted to say it was great. It really "rounded out" the recipe. Now I'll have it on hand for other green curry taste recipes.

Very tasty, but not nearly strong enough
Yes, the listing tells you the jar is 4oz, which I knew was smaller than my usual. No matter, I thought, this is a hot curry paste and probably a strong flavor, so a lot will go a long way. I browned some vegetables, then added a tablespoon of curry paste & a can of coconut milk, as I do with other curry pastes. The paste barely flavored it, so I added more...and more...and more...until I'd used the whole jar (even shook it with a little water to get every morsel). The paste has a wonderful flavor, but it's not very strong at all, and the sauce (again, using only one 13oz can of coconut milk) could have used more. Even using the full jar, the sauce wasn't very spicy hot, which isn't a complaint but is another indicator that 4oz of a hot curry paste wasn't enough for a can of coconut milk. I often use Patak's curry paste, and I only need 2 tablespoons to a can of coconut milk to make a flavorful sauce. This took a full 4oz and was still a bit weak. I loved the flavor and can live with paying the $2.26 for one meal's worth of paste, but think it should be stronger or a larger jar for more flavor. Patak's on the other hand, is about $3-4 for a 10oz jar that makes 15-20 meals. Their Indian curry is tasty, but I wanted a nice Thai green curry for a change. I hope they revise the product.

While the flavor is on the milder side, the curry tastes great. I had previously purchased an identical container from a nearby grocery store, so I knew exactly how small the container is. However, buyer beware; the container is deceptively small. A good rule of thumb is to always check the volume of the container you are purchasing to get a better idea of the actual size of the container prior to purchase. With regard to the curry, I had no other issues. I would highly recommend it.
