Yes, the factory states that the egg powder is the part of the recipe. I looked it up on the web in Russian, because I did not know the unswer. This candy was made in the USSR over 50 years ago , they are very soft , little crunchy with a rich flavor of sweet cocoa. I love them since my childhood years and for many years to come. They have a nickname shokoladniy batonchik - chocolate roll Enjoy!
