Wall Pops WPE0623 Kids USA Dry Erase Map Decal, Multicolor

Very eye catching for my students. It is accurate. It also gives a little picture to help student remember something specific about what the state has to offer!

We redecorated the kids' bathroom on a shoestring budget by replacing the shower curtain and hanging this map along with the matching world map by Wall Pops. The map came in great condition and was very easy to install. It went on fine without any bubbles that could not be smoothed out. My 9 and 7 year old have referred to the map many times when we discuss states and US geography, and I constantly catch them doodling on it. I placed it pretty low on the wall so that they could reach it and see it easily. It is a great way to help them learn without even realizing it. The colors are bright and interesting, and I like the graphics placed strategically around to help them learn landmarks such as the Golden Gate Bridge or Statue of Liberty in addition to the pictures associated with each state (peach for GA, etc.) . The state capitals are also listed, so we will get a lot of mileage out of this map for years to come.

I bought this for my homeschooled twin daughters as we are studying American history and geography this year. This shipped really quickly and was packaged well. I was worried about it getting bent but it was rolled up nicely. We love it!! It's super colorful, accurate and the perfect size. Not to mention a great price! It's laminated and you can write on it although we haven't. I am very pleased with this map! I am impressed with the quality enough that I think I am going to order the world map as well. I noticed some other reviewers mention that the map didn't stay up. I wonder if that has to do with the climate or humidity. We are in New England and ours has been up for well over a month with no problems or peeling. It sticks to the wall fine and if not I would use tacks to keep it up. Anyways, we love it! This would be fun in a classroom too!

I purchased this for my classroom as part of a letter writing unit and my first graders absolutely loved it! The pictures on the states that show different features of each state and region are fantastic, and the dry erase feature allows us to mark up the map and draw on it as needed. I recently moved to fourth grade, and have been able to use it there as well, studying Virginia and the states that surround it. It has also come in handy for our Revolutionary War and Civil War units. The colors and icons are fantastic for young learners, and the font sizes are easy to read and accessible for little ones. I moved classrooms this year and was able to peel it off the old wall easily and without damage, and put it up on my new wall in my classroom without any issue (I can't believe it sticks to our cement block and painted walls!).

This vinyl cling is colorful and engaging. It sticks very well (even on slightly textured walls) and looks attractive. One of the main reasons I purchased this map was because it shows both the states and their capitals. The map lettering is clear and easy to read however, I do not like the lack of capital letters. None of the states, their capitals or the United States of America map title are shown as proper nouns. With that said (and a 4 star rating instead of a 5), I do recommend this product and I am happy with how it has enhanced our homeschool area. My kids love using it to practice their state and capital memorization as well as looking up how the symbols for each state on the map reflect something special about that state. It has helped make learning about our country fun.

I have the USA and world poster from this company. I did a lot of research to find these for my 4 yo. They have the best graphics and clear names for states and countries. Large enough to allow young people to wrap their heads around geography. Easy to adhere and remove. I tacked up my second poster so I can utilize it on another wallafter we move. These are the best and most functional gift for a child’s ability to grasp the world.

I bought this for my son who is into maps right now. This shipped really quick and was packaged extremely well. I was worried about it getting bent, but it was in a nice sturdy box.He loves it!! It's super nice for the price, it's laminated and looks great. I went to hobby lobby and bought a cheap poster frame to hang it on the wall. We are in the process of selling our house, so I liked the idea of it being in a frame so I could just move it when needed. We hung it next to his bed so he could lay in bed and memorize it.I am very pleased with this map! I was impressed with the quality enough, that I think I am going to order the world map and frame it as well.This would be perfect for a classroom too!I am also teaching my kids the 50 states song, so they like to sing it and point them out on the map now. This is a beautiful wall map and it sticks to the wall perfectly. I love that it’s a decal and dry erase. Word of caution, get a second set of hands to help you and take your time. Mine fell back on itself and stuck together on a huge corner section. It was painful to pull apart but in the end it was fine. Overall, this is a really nice. Love that I don’t have to use tacks. My last map would not adhere to the wall no matter what I used so I love that they make this as a decal.
