This was much improved My order of about 5. Months ago arrived with a damaged canaster and in short order no longer worked. This Oder was not damaged The product itself is excellent hair spray

I have this tried this product a few times hoping each time to get a good response. If you can get the cannister to work- the hairspray is fabulous. Lightweight, great hold, works great even in humidity. However, when the product gets about halfway through, the can loses pressure, and stops working. Shake it forever with no improvement- it isn't clogged as the spray then trickles out- leaving your hair and hands sticky. It is expensive so figure on getting only half a working product for the money. Only seems to happen with this brand so I have switched to others.

It clogs up after every spray, but it’s the best hair spray I have ever used. It holds but does not accumulate. I have to run warm water over the nozzle after every use.Before I knew to do that I threw away several cans trying to to make them work.Foam would ooze out at the base of the nozzle until it was empty.

I like this hairspray and order it all the time. This time however it came in insufficient packaging with the wrong cap. Needless to say the inside of the package was soaking wet with spray and the sprayer no longer worked. I was told that I can’t get a refund.

I use to be a designer when TIGI first came out with this line in salons. I loved it and so did many of our clients. I was happy to see it on Amazon since I hadn't used it in so long. It isn't the same. The smell is different and the spray nozzle is also not the same. It does give a workable hold but not as good as the WORK IT spray use to be. It's a bit more sticky. I'll use it but if you're looking for the exact, this will disappoint

I was looking for a flexible hold hairspray that did not smell like a chemical. I think this smells good and was, in fact, flexible hold. The great customer service part comes in when the spray button broke the second time I used it. I called the seller (Pharmapacks) and they refunded my money immediately. I turned around and bought another bottle. This was the best customer service experience I've had in a few years. Would recommend this seller in the future for other purchases.

I have used this hairspray for many years. For some reason, the nozzle does tend to get clogged. Not sure why and I have tried everything to fix it/prevent it but more than not it will get clogged. I love the light weight of the spray and the scent is fresh and light smelling. I ordered 2 cans, and both were damaged. I can't imagine that they were not like that when they went in the envelopes, I don't know, but the envelope they came in was intact. I did reach out to the seller twice to correct this with no response. Amazon customer service was amazing and it was taken care of.

Loved to hold without the stickiness. Loved this spray until the can stopped spraying after I only used about a quarter of the can. Customer service was excellent though and sent me a new can the next day!!
