I’d had a really bad sore throat for nearly 3 weeks when I tried this. My throat was so dry and sore at night that it was affecting my sleep and seemingly not getting any better. Incredibly this patch sorted it out in just 24 hours. Applied it one morning, kept it on for the 8 hours recommended and the next morning sore throat was gone. Amazing! I was barely even expecting it to do much never mind that quickly.I had not used a vitamin patch before and was dubious, but figured it was worth a try since transdermal delivery works for nicotine replacement.The patch itself is very easy to use and stays on for the full 8 hours without any skin irritation or issues with it coming loose.I tend to apply the patch somewhere on the inner side of one of my arms. It’s not waterproof so I usually apply it straight after my morning shower.It comes off effortlessly when you want to remove it. The only exception being if you forget to remove it and get in the shower wearing it as water seems to make the glue VERY sticky and difficult to remove. Not painful just takes a bit longer to get the glue off completely.This is definitely worth trying if your immune system needs a bit of a boost. I used it for a week and then stopped, storing the rest for next time I get a cough/cold/sore throat.Highly recommended!
