Exclusive Home Torch 1" Curtain Rod and Coordinating Finial Set, Matte Black, Adjustable 36"-72"

All in all it's a beautiful and well made curtain rod. It did arrive damaged. The side where you attach the decorative ball at the end looks like someone's dog got ahold of it. Luckily it still works just fine because I really didn't want to have to return it and wait for a replacement. It comes with everything you need as far as hardware. I purchased the long option so it comes with three poles-for anyone that didn't watch the video it tells you one of the poles is inside of the other. I saw a few reviews that said it's missing a pole. It's not. It's inside of the pre-assembled side. The only thing I struggled with was attaching said ball onto that damaged side. For anyone like me who hasn't put one together before you have to use the little hex key looking thing to remove the tiny screw. I removed the plastic ring inside of the hole as well. That's the only way it fit. You attach the ball then screw that tiny screw back in and viola all done :) looks beautiful compared to the atrocious pole my bf had up before I moved in lol Hope this review helps some folks out :)

I didn't contact the seller, so it might not be fair to rate this but The length of the rod(s) were not the size I ordered or the listed measurement on the box. The smallest it would go with the extension was way Larger than It's stated on the box or on my order and not near fitting my area. I was able to use just the 2 rods without the extension, but 1 finial would not come off, and the other finial was way too large to fit on the smaller rod with no way to adjust it! I had to rig it up with some foam stuck in the end to wedge the rod into the end to stay together. Looks nice now, but will be a pain to take curtains down for washing etc. I would have returned them for being The incorrect size and the finials not fitting, but the box was so big to take back to UPS to return it wasn't worth it

Product looked nice but was very light and flimsy. Did not come with correct pieces to extend pole to its capacity. You are supposed to slide one side Into the other to extend it but both ends were exactly the same so one wouldn’t fit Inside the other. If you need it for large window, wouldn’t work.

I have purchased three sets of these curtains in two separate orders. I love these curtains but I can’t give more than three stars because every single package I purchase, 1 panel is at least an inch longer than the other. In my first order I bought two sets so I was able to swap the longer panel from on set with the longer panel from the other set. I was hoping that it was just a fluke and ordered one more set for another window and was disappointed to find out that this set, too, is not the same length. Very disappointing as they are otherwise exactly what I was looking for in weight, texture, and light filtering.

If you just need a 66” curtain rod I guess this one is fine. The ends of mine were on snug but some of the screws to hold the actual rod in place (not the ones to drill into the wall) were already stripped and I had to replace them. If you need a longer curtain rod like it advertised I wouldn’t recommend this one. I needed an 82” curtain rod but the middle part wouldn’t fit between the 2 ends so now I’m stuck with a smaller curtain rod.

The curtain rod didn’t arrive in the best condition. Several noticeable scratches. The ends don’t screw on they just go on snug over the bar. Product looks nice despite some scratches.

We had to order 2 of these to get one full set of parts. 1st was missing finial and both were missing screws. The paint coverage on both is really bad, lots of scrapes and missing paint. Next time would buy something better quality at a home improvement store. Amazon customer service was really helpful and responsive.

Received the curtain rod and it only had the 36 inch part of the extension when I ordered the 36-72 inch rod. The end piece where the second rod inserts was also damaged. Disappointing.
