This Glucerna shake is convenient and easy to use, especially when I need a quick meal replacement. The homemade vanilla flavor tastes good and it’s smooth and not too thick. I like the quality and it keeps me feeling satisfied for a while. It’s a good value for the price and helpful to have on hand for busy days.

You can make your own ice cream with this. When your home becomes an ice cream desert just shake it up, pour into cup or anything that fits in the freezer in a thermal type glass and it only takes 4 to 6 hours to have a milkshake or ice cream I sometimes add an oz or so of Bliss Real Cream coffee creamer and sometimes some 2% milk and the main ingredient 8oz container of Glucerna Original Diabetes Care Shake drink of course if you're diabetic you might ignore the Bliss it does have some sugar. I mean it's summer almost and ice cream is critical to maintain your cool...

I fully expect these shakes to taste awful but they are surprisingly good. On work days a have a long gap between breakfast and lunch. I’ve been drinking these in between and they tide me over until lunch.
