No weighted base, broke within 1 year, fabric tore loose even when closed in a storm
No weighted base and it was hard to find any weighted accessory that would work with the brake lever on the X base. The brake lever broke within 1 year. The fabric at the ends of the umbrella tore loose even when closed in a storm. I ended up having to secure it to a fence with bungee cords, because the slightest breeze would toss it around. I bought it in 2019 and should have thrown it away in 2020. It is going to the dump this year.

Nice looking, but your old weighted base may not work.
It arrived well-packaged and went up relatively easily. With the handle-crank combination, operation is a breeze. The pivot pedal is a great feature but it wouldn't accomodate my old water-filled rectangular base, so I had to get a new base.

You have to buy a base stand to make it work. Will not stand by itself without something to weight down the base.

Instructions on Assembly Suck
The umbrella looks great, and the lights are perfect...BUT the assembly instructions were printed so small we had to use a magnifier to see. Also, the instructions were just pictures with tiny labels regarding parts. It would have been SO much easier if there were step by step instructions with larger pictures. When we finally got it assembled, we realized that the "swivel" function does not work. For the price, I expected much better instructions for assembly...we're old and were exhausted by the time we finished!

Awful Purchase
We’ve had it for a little over a year and it completely broke apart. No way I would recommend this to anyone. Do not waste your money

Poor quality
This has had minimal use and is broken in less than a year of purchasing. Very disappointing.
