The Casio World Time Watch is a fantastic buy for the money. Even at the full $43 purchase price on Amazon, you get a lot of Watch for the money. If you travel and want a Watch that can take a beating but also offer tons of functionality, the Casio World Time Watch is what you need. I found the Watch on sale for $23.99 and didn’t hesitate to purchase it. What a FANTASTIC buy! Casio makes quality budget Watches, and I own several that sit next to my higher-end branded Watches.The World Time offers a nice aesthetic design, an alarm function, 31 time zones with a daylight savings time toggle, a stopwatch AND timer function, and you can even set up an hourly chime. The light function ensures you have illumination in the darkest places, and with a 10-year battery life, this Watch is a no-brainer for any serious Watch collector’s wrist.With all the cool things you get, the part that is a little disappointing is that the case is a resin painted to look like metal, and the glass is just glass and not a harder substance. When the Chinese make mechanical Watches with steel cases and sapphire glass for $50, you may wonder if the Casio is worth the purchase price. It is definitely worth the purchase price. I’ve found the resign cases are resilient to bumps and bruises, and I’ve never broken the glass on one of my Casios. I also know my Casio will outlive any cheap Chinese-made knock-off Watch.Who should buy the Casio World Time? Anyone who loves sleek digital Watches and needs a lot of functionality. It’s a great looking Watch on your wrist and has every function imaginable if you travel. It’s a straightforward Watch from a brand known for its quality budget Watches. If you want something super durable, you’ll need to upgrade to a G-Shock, but for most uses, the World Time Casio will be perfect for you.Pros: Great price, great value, sleek look, and tons of functionality. This Watch offers more functions than you’ll probably ever use. The 10-year battery life is stellar.Cons: The bracelet links are hard to change, and you will need a super small screwdriver and patience. I was able to remove some links but ended up taking it to a jeweler to size.

Apparently, this is kind of a cult classic, I just like it because it has a 10 year battery. It has all the basic functionality you need. Plus it looks kind of cool with the little world map and the little radar display. For $24 or whatever I paid for it it was a great deal. Alarm timer stopwatch multiple time zones, etc. just a solid functional watch. Be aware the case is plastic. It has Silvertone silver paint I believe, but it is plastic. The strap is metal and works well enough.

This is my second Casio Watch and they are quality watches for people who are in the field working, traveling, hiking, exercising, pretty much outdoors. They're durable and sophisticated and worth they're value.

Wonderful watch. Even better than I imagined. Casio World Time looks great and is loaded with features -- the most impressive of which is the world time feature! Scrolling through the various times zones and cities is a lot of fun. Good luminescence, bracelet was easy to adjust, and wears well. I did have to use the manual to figure out some of the settings, and the case itself feels a little cheaper than the rest of watch, otherwise I would give 5 stars.

I wanted something that looks a little flashy while also being digital, but so smart that I need to pair it to my phone and all that mumbo jumbo.Coming from those Samsung watches, I get tired of the apps, the bloat, and the nagging updates. They could be used as a standalone but they don't make it easy. And having the battery be low halfway through the day because you forgot to check the battery life gets old after a while. I don't care for the fitness trackers, barometers, or how it can keep track of how many glasses of water I drank.This Casio is a perfect blend of smart and simplicity. The band feels really nice but the watch itself feels like plastic. Adjusting the band was a breeze, I really like their locking mechanism, all you need is a pick or a really small flat head.All I want is to tell the time quickly, to have the date readily available, and to be able to do it day or night. Maybe some fancy features like a timer, alarm, and so on. This watch delivers on all those front, while never needing a recharge or to be synced.For the price of this watch, I am shocked at the value you are getting. From looks to function, there is nothing to complain about! I've had a Casio when I was a kid, so I already have an idea of how to go through the settings. If this is your first one, it might be confusing.
