The media could not be loaded.  I returned them not knowing how to work them lol but they refunded my money picked up free and I kept the second ones. Buy is as pictured. Great all ages I even fit them when you adjust the size. My daughter size 1 she probably would had fit the small but kept the m size they from 1 to 5 iim 3 .5 and can fit them. They light up nice.

Update- 10/2018Company reached out recently to see how they can rectify they situation. Very satisfied with outcome.Give them 5 stars for fixing the situation.Plastic around the rollerblade straps and boot part are very thin, no real support. The pads included are 1- knee pads weretoo small and are very uncomfortable that daughter refuses to wear. 2- the elbow pads wear too loose that it wouldn’t stay on 3- the wrist guard is not comfortable also. She’s very compliant with safety wear. If I had to do it again I would not buy this

These are great for just starting. The top ankle button is tricky to tighten cause you have to push the white buckle past some fabric and under a piece of plastic. And the Velcro piece that's over top of the laces works well but the fabrics have split into two pieces. The protective pads are junk.

These are an OK Okay inline skates. If you are planning to use these indoor on laminated floor then please ignore this as the wheels will slip and it will be too strenuous for your kid to skate. If you plan to skate outdoors then it will be good. I bought this for my 5 years old daughter for indoor lessons and just in the third lesson instructor asked us to change these to any other quality skates since wheels were slipping and making my daughter get tired fast and difficult to skate in a right way (slowed down learning). Final Verdict: Indoors = Don't buy. Outdoors = Buy.BUT the wrist pad is really bad. Knee and Elbow pads are also very low quality.

These are so comfy and perfect... My daughter loved it for her birthday as a present! She is practicing these for a while now and sharing with her friends too, they can be extended..so love it

These are really awful. They were used inside only as it was a Christmas present and it was too cold outside. The pads fell apart the same day we got them, and the skates fell apart a few weeks later. I will try to get a refund, but I doubt it will work. I would avoid these skates.

Looks great fits great and works great. The 2 sizes of knee pads are a great idea and look nice but the same would be good for the elbow pads wich are much too small.
