The glass letters are scratched up and looks used. Didn't want my BFF to think I pulled it out of an old storage box. Would have been a great funny gift but I didn't exchange it in fear of receiving the same quality.

Writing not durable
When we got the glasses, we put them on the dishwasher, they came out very clean. Totally transparent with all the writings and drawings erased.
