Made a huge difference.
My son has just turned 3 and wears a nappy for bed. However, every morning he was waking up soaking wet even though we limited drinks in the evening and took him to the toilet before bed.Someone recommended putting one of these inside his pull-up nappy and he's since been dry. Yes, it makes it a little bulky but my son has never noticed.

Good product, I have a doubly incontinent 9 year old wheelchair user, so good for extra absorption on appointments, walks, or night time use, will buy again.
