Honey Yellow (Cucumis melo) Beautiful, yellow-skinned fruits with sweet, juicy, orange flesh. Not Certified Organic. Many growers use Organic farming methods like natural compost and refrain from using chemical pesticides. But they do not go through the process and expense of getting their crops certified by local or State Agricultural Authorities. This type of seed is my second choice when I cannot find Certified Organic. I understand that farmer's are trying to survive so I do not blame them for not spending extra fees to have the Certified Organic label. I could label all my seeds Certified Organic and who would know? But my ethical standards do not permit me to deceive others so I choose honesty over profit and sales.
