Perfect printing surface, and no coasters!!
Look I have been burning DVD discs for a very long time. It has been about 12 years now, if my memory is correct. I just bought my first Blu Ray Burner. I got an LG WH16NS40 Super Multi Blue Internal SATA 16x Blu-ray Disc writer. I paid a whopping $62.00 and some change. It came with nothing. No cables, screws, instructions, no anything. It is an OEM drive that was brand new. I have always bought DVD drives the same way. Most people have a hole in their system, that they will stick these into anyway, you don't need to pay for those hardware pieces, and you can always get your manual on the net. But I digress. I have burned over I guess, 10000 DVDs, and I have always had a nice self built computer. I know what the heck I am doing. I was extremely pleased to have burned all 10 with absolutely no problem. My computer is my last Core I7, before I switch to, and build a Core I9 computer sometime very soon. It helps to have something that can handle burning, encoding, and re encoding discs for copying protected BDs. I have never been one to use the high end discs, because I just don't have to. I have 32 gigs of RAM, and that is just plenty. The bottom line is these discs are, in my opinion, great. I have ordered another 3 cake boxes of ten, and I am looking forward to getting them. The printing surface is very smooth. Almost like glass, and your images will love that fact. I have no intention of getting some high price discs like Verbatim. Take it from me, these work great, and won't bust your budget.

Great for printing on
Excellent quality disks. My printer has a special tray for printing CDs so these come out almost looking like factory made. No issues encountered during recording.

Worked well with my LG burner & generic burning software.
I had a few 50GB iso files I wanted to preserve on disc. These discs worked flawlessly using my LG WH14NS40 Blu-Ray Disc Rewriter using ISOburn.org free ISO Image Burning software.I can't speak to how long the burned discs will last since I just burned them, but if they last a few years they're worth the cost.I'd definitely purchase them again in the future.

No coasters but...
I decided to try this Blu-ray disc as they had the capacity to handle some UHD movies. I've been trying to claw back some space for my media server and felt this would be a better solution than spending money on another usb storage device. While all my burns were successful, I do want to mention that the capacity advertised is different. Apparently its the way that things are calculated. So I was only able to get movies that were 45.1gb or lower.

These are Disc ID: RITEK-DR3-000
If you care about who actually made the disc, they are Ritek and I'm on my 3rd spindle with zero burn issues. Great discs.

5 out of 10 failed with write errors
Half the discs (5 out of 10) failed with write errors. Won't try this brand again. Over-priced Verbatim seems to be the only brand that works these days

Work as they're supposed to
I went through the whole stack of BlueRay discs, and have had no problems recording - they've worked 100%. (I'm using an LG BP50NB40 blu ray writer that's several years old, with the original firmware.) No issues that I can tell with the dual-layer format. Don't know why Amazon wants me to rate longevity - maybe they should come back and ask me in 20 years. LOL.

Great Value For The Money!
I was looking for some Blu-Ray discs to record some home video on and came across these. I needed a dual-layer disc because I had over three hours of footage and didn't want to have to use two discs. They have worked very well so far and have not had any go bad in the burn process so far. They are more expensive than single layer but it was what I needed. I would also recommend some Blu-Ray cases. Amazon sells those as well!
