That is a hardware only SKU. No security or support services come with it. Only need a license key if adding services to the unit itself or renewing licenses already on it. Do you want security and or support services on it?

Can I connect a hard drive to the usb and share it?

Hello Paul, Interesting question. The firewall can be used as a router. However, connecting a hard drive itself, through the USB port . I am guessing it can be but not going to guarantee it. Since you can connect a computer by way of Ethernet cable to it through the Ethernet ports, that may be an option. The best people to ask this question of is SonicWall themselves. Perfect transition from TZ100w to this TZ350w!

So easy to export settings from old TZ100 and import into this TZ350. All settings transferred without a hitch, interfaces, wireless, vpn's, nat, firewall rules, objects!

Reliable product

Received the product requested in a timely fashion. TZ350W has a better wireless range than some of its earlier predecessors and better throughput. Been using Sonic-wall products for over 20 years. They have always been a good line of defense.

Good device with 802.11ac. But a little expensive device given that all the security features are subscription based. But the VPN is solid and easy to setup. Online articles are good but not exhaustive.
