Working as intended
Easy to display jewelry and also makes a decent enclosed work space for making said jewelry. Very easy to stack multiple trays and store them away as needed. The design itself is very study and extremely hard to damage with normal usage. Amazingly easy to clean.

Just what I needed
I was trying to find something to use for various displays inside my glass end tables & a coffee table. Didn't want to have to try to stretch constantly to move things in & out of the enclosed display area or to be moving dozens & dozens of individual pieces. Since the inside of the enclosure was black, I decided to give these a try, and they work great. I ended up putting beach sand in them & them arranging seashell displays in them. It is so easy to move them in & out of the enclosures. I am thinking of getting some more to use seasonally for other displays-- Christmas, etc. They turned out to be just what I needed.

these do the job I intended for them to do
I got these because I wanted to try coloring metal blanks and charms with alcohol inks. In the tutorial I read online, the lady who wrote it set up her project inside a tray like this. The idea is that you can put some paper towels on the bottom under whatever you're coloring and stand up your bottles of ink in the tray, too and then if anything spills, clean-up is a snap. I had tried ordering another jewelry tray and it was too flimsy and broke, so I went with these, which were at a completely different listing. Plus there are several of them (you get three, in this case) so you can have several projects going at the same time and move them into and out of your workspace as needed.Anyway, these are still fairly flimsy plastic but they are intact (you can't have cracks in the bottom if the purpose is to contain spills). They are plastic all around, no cardboard or anything, at least in May 2017 when I got them (I know suppliers can change). They come shrink-wrapped together and all three are there.I have not yet actually spilled anything in these, but they don't have any holes and don't appear to be porous. They are easy to clean by wiping down with some Windex and a paper towel. They do stack with one another, which frees up some table space. (For what it's worth, I have the white ones and they don't have any stains or discoloration.)Overall, these serve my purpose pretty well so I am happy.

Used as humidity tray for plants
Watertight, simple design, sturdy but not heavy. I lined my three pack with pea gravel and use them under my plants as a humidity tray. Fit perfectly on my shelf. Very pleased for the money, though it's not what they're designed for ;)

Sturdy trays
I bought these as a Christmas gift for my husband to use as puzzle sorting trays. We like to spend cold winter days working 1500-2000 piece jigsaw puzzles. The sorting trays sold by hobby stores are flimsy and small- made for smaller puzzles with fewer pieces. These have been perfect for us! The are the perfect size and depth and stack securely. Very pleased with the quality. They should prove durable for many years of puzzling.

Sturdy but not great
The trays have a rough surface. They also have strange hollow sides, such that the tray is not solid. It’s sort of made like a 3d printed object where from the bottom you can see the edges have a gap between the outside and the inaide. Not like a regular simple solid tray. I kept them as they could do what I intended them to do, but I was sad that the quality was unexpected.

it worked like a charm
I used one tray to put over the cupholders section between my double recliners. I just put large stick on furniture slide pads on the back of tray right where they would insert into the cupholders. This holds the tray in place. It's much more useful to have the tray rather than two cup holders and looks way better.

Perfect for holding miscellaneous craft and toy items
My daughter loves toys and crafts with lots of tiny pieces - Legos, beads, tiny rubber bands for her rainbow loom - and these items are typically all over her floor. These trays work perfectly to organize things based on project and stack neatly on her desk.
