I use this before I go to sleep. It feels like I am at a spa when I use this heating mask. It makes me comfortable.Also, it is good for traveling, you can use it anywhere where there is an electronic plug. very convenient!

I suffer from dry eyes and a few other eye issues as well as migraines. This mask felt wonderful the first time I used it. I just attempted to use for the 3rd time since I received it, and nothing! It comes on but, there's no heat!! Gonna try a different brand. Everything else I loved

I love this eye mask. I have quite a few at home and this one is one of my top favorites. The fabric is silky soft. The perfect size to cover your eyes and or forehead. The only thing that doesnt make this my number 1 is that it doesnt get that hot compared to my other ones. I like really hot masks.

I have been using a microwave heated eye mask several times a week for about a year. It works well for me, but I had hoped this would be a more simple solution. The heat provided by these graphene heaters is just warm, even at the highest setting (red) they are not enough to cause the oil in my eyelids to flow and clean out the ducts. Doesn't work for me.

This mask is not hot even at the highest setting. Cord is too short.

Really like this product. After staring at my work computer its helpful to take a break and apply some heat to my eyes. I’m normally tired during lunch so I tend to take nap. This helps a lot. I normally use it with a battery so I can take with me wherever I go.

"Dry Eye" heat treatment temp is recommended by ophthalmologists to be 114 f degrees. The images clearly show temp's much lower than 114 f degrees (the pads have been set to the high setting and have been on for 20 minutes). For heat treatment to work, the prescribed treatment temp will put back into solution the waxy substance in the lacrimal gland. These eye heat pads are soft and comfy to wear if all you are looking for is something to rest your eyes for a few minutes. I do not recommend this item for dry eye sufferers looking for relief.
