Eric provided so much info in a clear, concise and humorous way. I am thrift to a fault but shy away from selling. I often end up giving my used stuff away when I could really use the extra income.I will be embarking on this side hustle soon!

I have been making a few sales of Thrift Store items on ebay for a few years - so I was curious to see what this new book by Eric Michael could teach me. Turns out that the book was really worthwhile.......the ideas and strategies that Eric Michael outlines are simple and really easy to implement. Result is that I am now able to re-focus my business and will be making much much more money. Basically - this book has simply "opened my eyes" to how better to make money (re)selling thrift store stuff. Valuable book. Jake

This book is written for the person who wants to create a thrift store buy/sell business. There are also a lot of tips for the casual buyer/seller. It contains a number of case studies and flows/reads pretty easily. I was impressed by the sheer amount of information in the book. It is obviously written by someone who is involved in the day-to-day thrift buy/sell business and contains LOADS of useful information and resources. I also like that it's an eBook so I could take it with me to the thrift store. If you're serious about getting into this business, or just want to up your game as a casual buyer/seller this book is a must!

Great book and information. I especially like Eric telling us that condition of the product is important, and that our time is worth at least $10 per hour. It is easy to get lost in a thrift store looking at hundreds of items to sell. Bottom line, we need to focus . After reading his book, I went to an Estate sale and picked up an Etching by a well known artist. I bought it for $28 and within a week, sold it for $199. Since them I have found a niche that I can focus on. Picked up another etching, and it has a bid on it for $199. It is a hard area to focus on , but it is fun looking for Art. Thanks. Eric

Very simple book but great in ways that it gives you an idea what to look for.A fresh perspective for me on what to look for when I am out and about on things I would have not thought of before. So its good in my opinion to help narrow your search if you need to know where to start!

Thrift wars is an all in one book on how to turn someones trash into your treasure. The step by step guides are easy to follow and Eric has laid out all the information in a concise and logical way. I have so much junk at home that I need to get rid of and only have just realised the sort of profits i can turn around if done properly. I stopped in at my local thrift shop 2 days ago and found few really great items with the guidance of this book. Have already sold 3 items for a 70% profit and hope to keep it up. A great read for those who love finding and turning over a bargain.

Great starter guide...

The author tried to cover all possible platforms + how to make photos and SEO, but with all that book has only 148 pages (I read digital version). For this information to be presented properly, book needs at least 700 pages. This one ended up saying a little about everything and leaves you knowing literally nothing. Additionally , all info provided already exists for free on the platform guidelines.

Thoroughly enjoyable, easy to read manual for those new to thrifting and selling on line, there were even a few tips I wished I had known when I originally started selling vinyl on easy & ebay about 4 years ago. Highly recommended to for those new to thrifting & selling on line.
