Difficult Wooden Brain Teaser - The Outback Puzzle - 5 Pieces and Very Challenging - Wood Cover Included

Product quality is great. The wood is very appealing and the prices are cut nicely. I have probably worked on this for 2 hours and have yet to get all 5 pieces in! But it doesnt get boring! Anyone who has come over loves to give it a try as well. It's a great activity piece for guests and stores so easily!

This is well made; smooth pieces and it looks nice. It captures the attention randomly of all ages. My youngest kids at 8 and 10 give it a try for a few minutes at a time. I don't think anyone in my household has solved it yet while it's been sitting out for several days. It is good for a few minutes of time spent thinking.The box is made so that the top tray lifts off and there is space to store the pieces underneath.In case this would bother you, mine came with different-colored wood pieces. Some are dark, some are light. And my set has the instructions worded differently across the top of the frame. Since it says, "Insert all 5 pieces into large rectangular opening" it was not clear to me if that meant i should arrange them in the LID, which is actually a smaller opening than in the box, or if it meant i should be using the tray under the lid, which definitely has a LARGER rectangular opening. To clear it up for you, it means the lid.Then, also, when you get the puzzle, if you take off the top tray, there is a paper with the solution inside. I accidentally saw it, and i wish i didn't see it before trying the game. I think the solution should come in an envelope and let you know you can open it if you WANT to know the solution. I removed that paper and set it aside so that others won't see it without intending to see it.

Hoping this puzzle would be IT !......well, it made him think a little harder and longer, but my son solved it ! I love the craftsmanship of the puzzle. I give it 2 thumbs up in design . Delivery was fast and efficient. Good company to deal with. Will continue to look with this company for more puzzles.

Challenging at satisfying.I like to distinguish between puzzles that are tough and those that are just tedious. This one is simple but tough.It is also well-made and will look good sitting on a shelf or coffee table. Quality!

What a great gift for someone who likes puzzles - I myself am not very good at this sort of thing and eventually looked at the soultion after spending a few days coming up short - so easy in retrospect but that's how it goes. Now I can keep it on my shelf for guests to try their hand at. Very high quality materials.
