Bought as a birthday present and friend loves the coffee. Roasted the next morning, 5.00am, dispatched that morning and delivered the next day. Had occasion to contact them directly and got almost immediate reponse with excellent, friendly customer service. Definate 5 star company.

We just drink coffee on a weekend morning so don't mind paying a bit extra for the good stuff, this is superb, all 3 packs were smooth and not at all bitter, even the darker roasts. Made with a paper filter in one of those plastic things you sit on top of the mug, comes out perfect every time.

Expensive for 400g of coffee beans but the quality is so good and latte taste so amazing! Mnam

Ordered Friday, due for delivery Monday but I woke on Saturday to find the coffee had arrived less than 24hrs after ordering! The coffee is delicious, each individually labelled with roasting and packing dates, the coffee I received had been roasted just two days before. They also include a little information card on each coffee which is a nice touch. Really chuffed, well done Pact 👌

I bought this as a birthday gift, the person I purchased this for loves his coffee and he's informed me he tried one of the coffees this morning and said that it tastes amazing so would defo recommend.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas after he bought me Pact's coffee advent calendar. He had them at work and tells me the coffees were delicious, he really enjoyed them. Pact are great at coffee!
