After 2 years the original finally wouldn't seal. These seem ok.

For reference: we have a 6 qt Yedi Intant Pot purchased in 2017. There are some reviews where fit has bad fit/squealing/leaks. I don't doubt those reviews since the fit has to be very good since all these instant pots work by building up tremendous pressure. We have had none of these problems, and I was actually pleasantly surprised how much more quickly ours got up to pressure and temperature with all new rubber seals. Ours must have been gradually getting slower with weekly use since purchase in 2017. Other reviews have also said they smell bad - which would not only be bad but potentially affect food flavor. Again - no problem with ours although I did thoroughly wash them before use. My only criticism is our arrived folded. Seeing that I was sure they would not seal but luckily they have. Why risk causing a customer complaint by folding them, though? Ship them flat - just as they came out of the mold.

The silicone sealing ring for my 5 qt Insta Pot work great. I should have gotten new sealing rings years ago considering my insta pot is about 7 years old. Worked perfect and my insta pot is now pressurizing.

These rings fit my Instant-Pot pressure cooker perfectly. I appreciate different colors as it makes it easy to remember which ring was used for what kind of cooking. Food with strong smell can impregnate the silicon ring, so you may not want to use it with every food you cook in the pressure cooker. Rings don't have a strange chemical smell either, so that's a big plus. Longevity remains to be seen, and i will update my review in due time to reflect that factor in my rating.

Exactly as what is intended for

These clear or more like translucent sealing rings are slightly thicker than the one that came with our 8qt instant pot. They fit the lid very well. Quite pleased with the purchase. Will see if they last longer.

They fit. So far going strong. They'll come bunched up, so wash and flex them a bit.
