Technologies L-Tryptophan Chewable Tablets, 60 Count

I don't normally leave reviews, my doctor recommended L-Tryptophan to help increase L-tyrosine. He mentioned something about sleeping better but I didn't think this would and didn't buy it for that. Im amazed how tired it makes me I sleep heavily through the night. Does not taste very good as others have mentioned but not to horrible just don't keep chewing it. Not to sure if this product is helping or the 1000mg of L-tyrosine as I started taking them the same time but either way it seems to help with sleep. So far it has not increased my appetite though as claimed..

This tasted so horrible that I have to return it. I’ll keep my eye out for a different flavor.

I'm so happy these are back!! I feel these really work for me and they taste good too. I use them for anxiety and stress reduction, also help me with ruminating thoughts before sleep. I also give them to my teen for the same reasons. He feels they work too. Some might say it is a placebo effect, but if it is helping me, that is all I care about! I recommend them to everyone with anxiety and stress.

Ugh. While this is a product I use, this particular flavor is like dried up powdered pancakes. It really isn't pleasant on any level. I love the product itself if you can get past the nasty flavor. I have difficulty swallowing large pills and try to get chewable as much as possible. The LTrypophan is good for helping you get to sleep peacefully and wake up pleasant. I rank it similar to the sweet sleep I have after a nice big turkey dinner without the calories. I will buy this supplement again, but I won't buy this particular flavor. Product does as it advertises. Does produce pleasant sleep without any hangover effect in the morning.

The taste was revolting. My daughter and I both gagged and had to spit them out and brush our teeth right away. Half an hour later and my mouth is still complaining. Yuck!

This stuff is terrific. I have pretty bad anxiety and this clears it up quickly with no side effects. I think it might make some people sleepy, but I can take it any time of day.

I purchased this product hoping it would help with mood, relaxation, and sugar cravings. It is a good product and helped with relaxation but not mood or sugar cravings. I thought I might just need a higher dose, so I switched to another product. Jury is out on that. I liked this product alot and would purchase again.

I use these mostly before bed on occasions, as they help me sleep. Works way better than melatonin (that stuff is awful). They have a good flavor, almost like chocolate, and are easy to chew. I use 2 tablets, and that's perfect for me. I like that these are just L-Tryptophan and do not have other active ingredients.
