I should have used his product before I stared taking the Ashwagandha 2100MG. Milk Thistle is a good liver cleanse, and everyone needs to do this once a year. If you look up Silymarin you will find out how important this is. I can tell you from experience I use both these products. Doctors could learn a lot if they bought a few health books and actually read them. Both these products work and have replaced the costly prescriptions drugs I was put on. I was diagnosed with fatty liver disease. The Doctor recommended milk thistle. Also several other sources recommended it. I tried it and my next blood work was within normal ranges. It works.

I’ve been using this product for several years and I believe it does what it’s intended to do. We can all use a little liver cleansing.

Seems to work and does not upset my tummy like other Brands have before

My liver enzymes were elevated by about 25%. Don't ask why. I started taking this a few years ago, and when I had my next annual blood work done (roughly 9 months later, my enzymes were in the middle of the normal range. This was five years ago. I still take it every day, and my numbers have not changed. I think this also made my skin look more healthy.

I purchased this brand of milk thistle because it’s standardized and this brand is well researched and I know that it will do what it’s supposed to.

I have autoimmune hepatitis secondary to Sjogrens disease, so it's very important to keep my liver enzymes under control. I started taking three of these, along with ALA (alpha lipoic acid) and a liver support supplement to try and help after four months of a strict diet didn't move my numbers.
