Spam Teriyaki, 12 Ounce Can (Pack of 12)

All my cans look good, got what I ordered.I can't believe sometimes how much I really like Spam. I have liked everything I have tried so far, and I am always impressed. As a person with a huge appetite, I am also tickled that there is plenty in the can to fill me up. The serving size is reasonable. Since it packs a lot of flavor, a little goes a long way.It is good direct from can, and super fantastic heated up. Just lovely fried up a bit.The teriyaki flavor is really delicious; they did a great job with nailing the flavor. It is now part of my "ultra quick meal nights" when I want Asian inspired noodle bowl without any fuss. And of course, good addition to long term pantry for emergency, and other scenarios.I dont bother rating on price as prices go up and down. I try to buy on sale, or whatever price point works for my budget.

Spam Teriyaki is the superior Spam flavor. Period. It's just a shame that I can't purchase it at my local supermarket. Thank goodness for the Internet! The secret to cooking it is to make sure that you get it crispy by either baking or broiling it. Then serve it with Asian-inspired dishes. It's also excellent diced and included in homemade fried rice. Delicious! I pray Hormel never discontinues this flavor.

Everything was great. The right product came in just in time to make musubi with my friends for the weekend. The only problem was one can was broken open on the corner likely from shipping (holiday makes it worse). 5 stars if it wasn't for the damage.

Love this stuff!!! Amazon is the only place I’ve been able to find it for a while.. I make teriyaki spam, cheese, pineapple sandwiches on a kaiser roll for my wife.. she loves it.1. Freeze the Kaiser rolls so you can cut without squishing them.2. Fry a thin slice of spam (I cut large side to thin slices)3. Put provolone on one half, put mozzarella on the other half.4. Bake in air fryer at 400 f for 3 minutes until golden brown.5. Put a ring of pineapple on one side and return to air fryer for a minute and a half to dry it out and warm it up..6. I use a dab of mayo then slap it all together, cut it in half, and enjoy!

Too sweet and texture was mushy. Not our favor spam.

This SPAM Teriyaki does actually taste like teriyaki, a good sign.This is a very versatile flavor that can be used in a variety of dishes and can be prepared in many different ways.This flavor of SPAM in particular is great straight out of the can, and good microwaving, or as part of a dish. However, there may be a problem when frying as compared to the original and low sodium varieties of SPAM. I have noticed the teriyaki flavor is prone to overcooking/burning more easily and must be watched carefully. This is due to the sugar in the teriyaki sauce.Considering this flavor of SPAM can be hard to find in stores, It's a good deal here on Amazon. All of my 12 cans arrived in good shape and non were even close to the expiration date.

The Teriyaki flavor is delicious. I love that this product (like all SPAM) is actually cooked inside the can! I like the pop-top. At work, I don't take a lunch break. I can just pop the top, grab my fork and start eating. Did I mention it's already cooked? It is so delicious and convenient right out of the can! My only qualm is that It's getting a bit pricey per can. But, then again, everything is.Update: I'm a little disappointed. With as much as this costs now, I did not like that 3 of the cans in the case were compromised. They were dented and were literally partially opened. Needless to say, I threw those away instead of eating them. This is more of a shipping issue and not the fault of Hormel. Hormel actually has an insert in the box they come in, to keep the cans separated.
