Used for levelling 600X350mm ceramic tiles worked perfectly, they have to be removed before tile adhesive sets though, only downside is they are not stainless steel so have started rusting already, aslo spanner supplied is very flimsy. Other than that there ok for money

You can fit them after tile placement (while adhesive wet). They level the tile edges. They can be retrieved after use intact (the vast majority of the time), so re-usable. A little large in a tight space but don't require the same overlap as a wedge. If you use tile levels they are a useful addition.

I used these on a recent bathroom with 600 x 300 tiles, the walls were not brilliant so these came in very useful, the idea is fantastic and it does what it says on the tin, it made leveling the tiles very easy.There are two issues i had with these, the first is when tightening them up the tile tends to move also, so you need to be very carful and make sure the tile is repositioned if it moves., secondly, if you live for a couple of days like i did over the weekend then its almost impossible to remove the metal lug from behind the tile, not only does it make them single use as the metal snaps trying to remove them, but you are left with a 5mm sharp metal pin sticking out from the face of the tile, these then have to be bent and pushed back into the wall for grouting.....

As they are metal prongs hard to remove and if they do not snap probably that leave a nasty pice sticking out of the tile. If you miss it it can give you a nasty cut, got 2 lots thinking I was doing something wrong. not for me again.

Once you get the hang of them they are a very good product and easy to use. I used them for 600mm x 600mm floor tiles with no problem at all. If you wiggle the lifter before you tighten they can be removed easily with no problems.

Bought these to help with laying large format floor tiles (595mm x 595mm). In not a professional and found these made levelling up the tiles to one another very simple and ensured there were no protruding edges. Left first batch in over night but then struggled to remove about 20% of them, in end had to snap metal shaft and throw those away. On next set I only left them in for 2 hours to allow adhesive to solidify enough to hold tile in place, making removal much easier. I would recommend these to anyone tiling especially with larger tiles.

My first time tiling a wall and it looks great thanks to this system. The levellers are all back in a box now ready to be used again. I was going to use 2mm spacers but the levellers gave me this gap which was very handy. Tried them also on a floor and they did not seem as effective, probably due to the tiles being heavier.

Use of more than one of these at any point is much better than overtightening a single.They act via a pulling principle and are very very good.Another essential tip is to clean the adhesive from the grout line it sits in, that way you have problem releasing them after adhesive has set.I used them to fine tune the edges of 600 by 600mm porcelain floor tile. Very useful and excellent used in conjunction with a levelling system.
