Bad batch?
Bad batch? Part B of the epoxy was partially dried out when it arrived, and had settled into layers. Glue bond was weak. I tried pre-mixing part B, by itself, before mixing it with part A, but even that was not successful. Tried three times, each time bond was weak. Yes, I roughed up and cleaned both surfaces first. And yes, I mixed and applied it according to instructions. I am returning to Amazon, and will try again.

Perfect for the Maker with Power Transistor Heat
Rock solid product. I use this on IC's and power transistors. Long pot time. Quick set time, with some heat. Rock solid hold.

Best commercially available termal adhesive. The only better one is the one made my Tech Ingredients on YouTube.Don't go too have on the adhesive, use a thin even coat.

I was skeptical that this would hold it on all by itself and conduct heat well but 5 months later and the heatsink is still stuc
I bought this because my north bridge heat sink melted the plastic pins off. I was skeptical that this would hold it on all by itself and conduct heat well but 5 months later and the heatsink is still stuck on like a rock!

Made In the U.S.A
I used this artic silver to re-tack the north bridge of my gigabyte motherboard. my poor handling of the board initially caused the north bridge heatsink to separate from the original adhesive. i took a small pair of pliers and removed the pins from the back of the board then cleaned off the old adhesive with a credit card and rubbing alcohol. it took about 5 minutes between mixing the solutions and getting them to settle. i determined the time before putting the board back in by the left over solution on a piece of card board i used. this is good stuff

Works perfectly!
I had to order this because the thermal epoxy that came with my Arctic Cooling Accelero S1 Plus Cooler that was total garbage. This epoxy set up and held the heat sinks in place in less time then the original epoxy took to mix up.Supposedly the micronized silver doesn't conduct electricity as well as the aluminum in other epoxies. I since I was having to clean up the mess from the original epoxy, I ended up putting some silicon on the legs of the chips just to be sure.

Best Stuff Ever
This is the best adhesive I have ever bought. There are 3 points to make about it.1) The product is listed as being temperature sensitive, mine arrived on the US Postal Service, on a 100 degree day. It was perfect, but that was kept it in a fridge for a 2 weeks.2) I was worried about having too little, but that wasn't a problem at all. There was enough for 3 projects over 2 computers. I will say this though, when the two are combined, they will fully adhere to the given surface after 10-15mins. I'd also recommend mixing them on glass and having a few tooth picks on standby (plastic ones).3) I used this stuff temperature gauges in my desktop and to secure a few other things in my desktop. It has lived up to its name and use. I'd like to think the temperature gauges are a little more accurate now, they certainly do not fluctuate as much. I also used it on my CPU fan along with a diamond heatsink. Temperature conductivity has certainly been a lot better, it has almost negated the need for water cooling.4) Lastly, I used it to more secured attach the keyboard on my ultrabook after replacing the RAM (it was a little too springy for my taste) and now the keyboard is more secure than it when I bought it new.The only thing that counts against this stuff is the time in which you have to get your job done. If you take this into account and only mix small amounts at a time, then you are golden. Also, do not "spill" any. It is very hard to get out. Acetone only goes as far as to clean the glass (assuming you used glass). It will not clean any other surface, say for instance part of you laptop (it will just smear it around unless it is a hard plastic surface)

Works great
I fly electric power RC airplanes and I like to monitor the temperature of the motors with telemetry. I use this stuff to glue the sensor to a stator coil. It works great.

Easy to use, solid bond
just be aware that you need a really small to bond things like VRAM heatsink...you can easily overestimate the quantity. you must use it within 3 minutes of mixing.
