I tried another brand to reduce the cost, it was okay at first, but over time lost its stickiness. Alpidex is staying on my list now, works a treat, obviously because it sticks better, slightly more painful to get it off, but supports my knee brilliantly. Alpidex all the way now.

It's effective, does really work. I used it long time a go and my mom reminded me of that tape.Back pain, knees, cervical and shoulders pain.Try this if you feel in pain.

I've used K tape in my clinical practice for years, when used correctly it can be very useful but you do really need to know what you're doing. I've found this tape excellent to use, the adhesive is good and stands up to high level exercise/sport better than more expensive brands that are £10+ a roll.....Just a tip though, if you use a lot of moisturiser on your skin, it won't stick, so dont waste your money :)

Not of the best quality..not very sticky. Only lasted a hour or so before it came unstuck.
