I love this product. I tried several other brands before this one and this far exceeded my expectations. I ordered a total of 5. One malfunctioned a bit (sensor worked, but soap never dispensed for me). I contacted the company and they were VERY responsive. Sent me a prepaid shipping label, issued me a refund immediately. I truly appreciate this excellent level of customer service. Yes, the sensor can be sensitive, but I’d much rather it be too responsive than waving my hand under it like a crazy person and never triggering the sensor. Enjoying the ease of using these dispensers. Two thumbs up for me!

Returned item, it never pumped soap into the tube in the soap bottle. We primed it as directed (very vague instructions) and tried 20 times to get soap, but it never worked. Motion detector worked, pump motor worked, it just never sucked soap up the tube. Avoid.

I like a foam dispenser in the bathroom. This one looks nice and doesn't take up more space than the pump dispenser it replaced. It works perfectly, meaning only when I pass my hand under it unlike the one I returned that decided I was nearby and that meant to dispense. It took about 25 swipes past the sensor to prime the pump but now it works like a charm. I have it set to dispense the least amount of soap, which is sufficient for the bathroom.

Nice pump. This is used in the kitchen and looks GREAT! we purchased the stainless one and it is exactly what is advertised. We wanted to replace a different brand we bout in the summer that we were vary disappointed with. This works perfectly every time. Battery replacement on top is easy. Also has an easy control button on the top of the unit so there is not awkward angles to see.

We got this product because we wanted to stop buying the foam soap from Bath and Body Works. That stuff gets expensive. So far the product has worked great. The sensor is fantastic and works well even in dark/low light areas. We have three people living in the household so it gets a lot of use. It is super easy to add more soap to it and easy to turn off and on. I will definitely be getting another one.

Like so many others have said, this soap Dispenser is junk. What is so disappointing is the fact that the Dispenser looks great but is junk in its application. My Dispenser just didn't work at all. And even if it would work, the foam nozzle is too close to the activation sensor, so foam will hit the sensor. And what makes things even worse, one's hand has to be so close to the sensor that foam would cover the sensor. I took a chance even after I read the bad reviews. I hope others have better luck than I did.

I got this one because I wanted a stainless steel look in the kitchen. Was a little tricky to start; worked great for a few months, then started powering off frequently. I changed the batteries a few times, this didn't seem to help. It's outside the return window, so now I need to throw it out and get a different one that has been working for years.

This is the best item I’ve purchased lately. It works exactly as advertised and is easy to use. It took a few tries to get it started but once it kicked in, it is fabulous. I no longer need to touch the soap dispenser to wash my hands while cooking. It’s easy and convenient. I will purchase another for the bathrooms.

Apenas lo he tenido por unas semanas y funciona correctamente.Es muy bonito.Le puse detergente líquido para manos diluido en agua en proporción 1:5 (1 parte de jabón y 5 de agua), con esto quedó algo floja la espuma, probaré 1:4 a ver si queda más espesa.Espero que el producto sea duradero.

Will not work. Pump detects hands and you can feel air coming from the outlet but there is no suction at the intake pipe from the soap tank. Seems something internal to the device has possibly come loose? Tried the priming with hot water thing but that does nothing. No suction is happening at the input tube in the soap tank. Quite disappointed. Might take the screwdrivers to it and see what's going on internally but def not a step that should need to be taken... If it worked it'd be great. Top loading battery design is nice and look is quite nice as well. But if it don't work, it's useless.

The media could not be loaded.  Basandome únicamente en los comentarios, tenía expectativas un poco más realistas. La parte metálica del dispensador parece de excelente calidad al tacto, no se quedan marcados las huellas al tomarlo, y las gotas de agua se limpian con facilidad. He usado jabón para manos regular diluido con agua de la llave (100ml de jabón, y el resto del envase de agua). Sólo cambiaría dos cosas de este producto: el envase para jabón está hecho de plástico, parecido a una botella de PET gruesa. Hubiera sido mucho mejor si fuera de vidrio. Además de esto, el sensor actúa demasiado rápido. Se necesita un poco de práctica para acostumbrarse a la velocidad del sensor y la distancia a la que se tiene que acercar la mano para activarla, y después retirarla con rapidez para evitar que se dispare de nuevo el sensor. Aún con eso, estoy muy satisfecho con la compra.
