However, the packaging isn’t very sturdy, and mine tore slightly before I opened it. It would be better in a resealable bag. This brand of pasta is my new favorite brand! I get bloating from regular flour that isn’t organic or Italian imported, and so I can finally enjoy pasta again without getting sick. It does take a few extra minutes to cook than the box says it will, but I’ll take that minor inconvenience for the great quality of this pasta that I can eat without getting bloated.

It's strange to review elbow macaroni, but I had never purchased this brand before and was pleased with the quality. It is Italian made and cooked faster than other brands. I would buy again.
