I am a mother of 4, and over the years have purchased several phone cases with high expectations...I've learned my lesson, and now just hope for the best based on the reviews. That's why I'm reviewing this case. Overall very impressed with case. Before I gave it to our son for his birthday, I checked the case to see if it was waterproof. When I submerged it under water, I expected to see air bubbles, but did not. I left the instructions inside to see if they got wet, but they did not (make sure case is clicked down all the way around). My son did not select this case for the waterproof feature (although he has in the past with disappointment), but for the sleek design. He didn't want more than 1 layer protecting his phone because he said it gets too bulky to carry. What really impressed me with this case was the ease of opening and closing it. It clicks together so seamlessly, and when I went to take it apart, once opened it separated with little pressure. No tabs or notches to break. One of the bottom corners has an opening to put a coin in and turn to separate it. When it comes to selecting a phone case, our son is very picky that's why I let him pick for his bday. If it doesn't live up to it's advertising, I'm hearing him constantly complain. I just asked him if he's having any problems with the case, the touch features, buttons, hearing, people hearing him, and he said no! This is actually the first time he's had no complaints about a phone case, and he's 17, so not his first case. He usually settles for the case he selected or gets another and settles with that one. So far so good. He actually likes this case. I will update if this changes. Bravo ORDTBY nice case with a great price!! Saw several cheaper cases, but this was definitely worth the extra I paid.

This case is amazing! If I could rate it 10 stars I would! Me and my son was visiting the lake and I dropped my phone out of my pocket in 5 foot of water . We tried for over five hours to scoop it out with a net but the water was too cloudy . we could not find it . we had to head home . we went back the next morning after the phone had been in water overnight ( A total of 18 hours - 5 ft of cold lake water) the water had settled down so we could see it. The case face was destroyed from where we were scooping it with the net , burying it in the sand and probably beating it against the dock when The water was cloudy and we couldn’t see. I Took it out of the case and the phone was bone dry.! The phone was very cold from the water so that was the only moisture that was inside the case was from the freezing temperatures. I did the rice thing for a few hours before charging it just because I read that online but that was not necessary bc as soon as I took it out of the rice and plugged it in it come on with no problem! absolutely in perfect condition. Not harmed at all! And now it is fully charged working perfectly like nothing had never happened. This case is a must have! I am Ordering a replacement case immediately!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Edit: If you don’t use speakerphone, and have butterfingers, this case is amazing.My phone fell out of my pocket while at a go-cart track and I didn’t notice until after we left. Using Find my iPhone, the staff found my phone out on the track. It had been run over braked on, who knows, for at least 45 minutes and the phone was perfectly fine.Unfortunately, be prepared to repeat yourself if you use speakerphone.Original post: Installed on the iPhone 7. Easy to attach, the seams line up perfectly and it looks great. A bit bulky, but looks sturdy enough to know that if I drop the phone, I’m confident it will protect it. Not sure how long the charging port cover will hold out opening and closing to charge (my life proof case on the 6s broke within the first 6 months and that was triple the cost), but so far so good. Careful when putting it on that you don’t touch the back of the window that touches the phone as you’ll have a hard time getting rid of fingerprints. I still notice them when I turn the screen off, but once the screen is on, it’s not noticeable. Fingerprint recognition for the phone works well and the camera is clear. Oddly, there is a minuscule gap between the phone screen and the window near the bottom of the phone. I can hear it when I hit the spacebar when typing. Probably because I touched that part when putting it on and tried to clean the fingerprint off. Haven’t tried it underwater and don’t plan to anytime soon. Was more interested in protection from drops. Buttons for the phone line up extremely well and the turn dial to put the phone on vibrate is very cool. Much easier than any of the other cases I have. Happy so far!

The media could not be loaded.  I have ruined many phones due to water damage on boats and near the ocean so i decided to go with a waterproof case. The case came with simple instructions to install and test its waterproofness which i followed closely. Took it out on the boat and got a nice video of a whale shark and it held up just fine underwater! Also was caught in a torrential downpour and the phone is working just fine. The case does muffle the audio pickup and speaker output on speakerphone which is to be expected with any waterproof case but does just fine with iPods or held up to your ear. Case is solid would recommend it to anyone.

What I liked about the phone was that it lasted two years and what I disliked was that it only last for two years. To receive another one I went through so much and wasn’t even worth it. There are other brands that sells cases like this for half the price. Overall decent case. That’s why I am rating it with three stars.

I love this phone case. I work around pools all day so obviously getting wet comes with the job. I don’t have to worry about my phone getting wet at all with this case. It’s also sturdy. I’ve dropped it plenty of times on concrete and not damage done whatsoever. My 2 year old son has also stepped on it and it holds up like a charm. I’m pretty sure you can take underwater pictures and videos with it, just haven’t done so myself yet. Very much worth the money in my opinion
